大家的codex App启动时候会消耗额度么？
如图（window系统），我早上就打开了一下软件，发现额度消耗了，我有点怀疑（还没开始对话呢） 于是不信邪，退出软件，再打开····果然 连续操作2次，打开软件，加载好项目，退出 5小时额度就消耗了8%······ 难绷啊，之前听佬友说加载左侧历史对话会消耗···· 但是这属实有
